Sales Tax
- Massachusetts (MA) Residents: A 6.25% sales tax will be applied.
- North Carolina (NC): Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and includes the 4.75% state tax along with any applicable county taxes.
Shipping Information
- Shipping charges are based on the gross order amount before any coupons, discounts, or promotions.
- For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please add $75.
- For Canada, add $25.
- Free Ground Shipping is available on all U.S. retail orders over $50.
Note: Checkout totals do not include duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for these fees for Canadian shipments. Charges may be applied upon delivery. If you refuse the shipment due to these fees, we can refund the product cost (excluding final sale items) upon return but cannot refund shipping or return shipping fees.
We currently do not ship to other international locations.
Processing Time
Orders may take up to five business days to process, in addition to shipping time.
Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return products within 30 days for a refund. Shipping, handling, and duty fees are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For returns made between 31 and 90 days, we offer exchanges only. All sales are final on clearance items.

You do not need to contact us before returning. Include the original packing slip or a note with the order name and indicate whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.

Guarantee on Rips, Tears, or Fraying
We take pride in our high-quality products. If a towel or robe has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it. Our guarantee covers rips, tears, fraying, or other issues during normal use. However, it does not cover damage due to accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or dissatisfaction with towel color.
